• Oversee and manage release cycles of SAP applications and systems • Ensure the seamless integration of changes across the organization • Manage release planning, execution, and deployment processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful releases • Lead weekly Change Control Board (CCB) meetings • Serve as the support facilitator of weekly Defect Review Board (DRB) meetings • Develop and facilitate contractually obligated gate reviews • Utilize SAP ChaRM to manage change requests • Establish and enforce release management best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 5+ years of experience as an SAP Release Manager or similar role • 5+ years of SAP Supply Chain experience • Proficiency in SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM) • Experience with solution manager configuration • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong client-facing skills • Minimum of two years of experience leading programs/projects in a multiagency, multi-stakeholder environment • Must be a US citizen
