📋 Description

• Provide expertise on technical capabilities related to development of ServiceNow with focus on IT Service Management. • Develop and implement technical solutions and perform integration and functional testing. • Work with Senior leadership and a team with a variety of subject matter expertise on the criteria and process maps required for EITSM development. • Collaborate with development team, project managers and Operations teams to implement innovative technical solutions via iterative approach reducing time to delivery • Create and manage scripts and workflows/flows. • Address problems of systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms. • Perform Architecture design and reviews ensuring initiatives are aligned with future state. • Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. • Build dashboards based on application data models and external data sources. • Participate in development of software documentation and technical reports. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement. • Conduct product demonstrations to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret clearance • 10+ Years of relevant development experience • Certified ServiceNow Developer certification • Advanced development experience with ServiceNow implementations • Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow modules (Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management) • Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs • Experience with scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications • Understanding technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow • Must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM modules and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base • Must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment • Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members • Experience in agile software development practices and experience delivering deployable software in short sprints
