📋 Description
• coordinate with the Government and the ServiceNow CMDB Architect to design, implement, and configure ServiceNow ITOM capabilities • participate in enterprise discovery workshops with Government stakeholders • implement, configure, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM with an integration to Axonius • contribute to contract deliverables including test plans, CMDB Solution Strategy, Architecture Plan, and a security assessment.
🎯 Requirements
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain • 15+ Years relevant experience (a Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience) • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities. • Experience creating IRE reconciliation policies and business rules. • At least one of the following certifications: • -Certified ServiceNow Administrator • -Certified ServiceNow Developer • Must have a DoD 8570 certification (Security) or be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
