📋 Description

• Lead specific parts of Acumatica projects and expand consulting skills • Implement and support Acumatica ERP for new and existing customers • Design, product configuration, testing, data conversion and go-live support • Provide detailed consulting estimates and implementation project plans • Establish and maintain “trusted advisor” relationships with customers • Negotiate resolutions to business/process/functional issues with stakeholders • Complete and provide weekly status reports and follow Acumatica’s methodologies • Achieve utilization targets (maintain 75% utilization on average annual basis) • Demonstrate expert proficiency in at least one focus area and intermediate in others • Lead requirements gathering and design activities; interact with Consulting and Client teams • Oversee and guide configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities for medium complexity • Proactively communicate status, issues, and concerns to director/project manager/architect • Provide coaching and quality assurance to ensure methodology and best practices • Monitor project budgets and deliver within them • Independently manage work schedule, organize tasks, and resolve scheduling/workload conflicts • Leadership role in change management; other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent required • Minimum of three years of implementation and support experience with Acumatica • Specific module focus on one or more: Manufacturing, Distribution, Financial Core • Ability to adopt specific methodology and work within a team • Willingness to travel up to 30% in the US and Canada • Must live and be authorized to work in the United States or Canada • Strong collaboration skills • Professional demeanor • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills • Flexibility with task assignment, priorities, and work environment • Open minded, desire to learn • Quick thinker, creative problem solver • Detail oriented, strong analytical, numerical, planning, and reasoning abilities • Ability to work independently and on a team • Ability to take ownership of a full cycle implementation • Experience working with executive-level staff • Experience managing implementations with other consulting staff • Maintain Acumatica certifications and continue developing skill sets • (Preferred) Acumatica certifications • (Preferred) Experience with a consulting organization or reseller • (Preferred) Experience as a controller or senior accountant
