📋 Description

• Help with optimization, support and deployment of cloud-based data systems that power mission-critical healthcare applications • Play a key role in building secure, scalable, and compliant database solutions using Azure SQL Server, and other cloud-native technologies • Work in supporting the evolution of analytics lakehouse and all of its data sources • Support real-time clinical workflows, patient data analytics, and regulatory reporting—ensuring precision, performance, and privacy are paramount

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL in production environments, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries • Deep understanding of cloud database architecture, PaaS vs IaaS, and hybrid cloud models • Strong command of T-SQL, PowerShell, and optionally Python or C# for automation and scripting • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates • Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare data standards is a plus • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, compliance, and clinical teams • Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially around data lineage and auditability
