📋 Description

• Assist both Inside Sales and New Business Sales teams by providing operational support and facilitating cross-team collaboration. • Utilize Salesforce.com and Aviso to create and send quotes, track client interactions, and manage sales data. • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates by analyzing sales performance and trends. • Help teams learn from each other by identifying best practices and ensuring effective communication between sales groups. • Research and implement modern, engaging sales strategies that enhance outreach and customer engagement. • Track order details, follow up on outstanding payments, and provide data-driven recommendations to sales leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in Business Operations, Sales and/or Finance • Strong attention to detail • Enjoys partnering with teammates and clients in a fast-paced empowering environment • Strong verbal and written communication • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Self-motivated with results driven mindset • Experience using Salesforce.com (Preferred)
