📋 Description

• Analyzes business, operational, and performance data to identify trends and support decision-making. • Partners with stakeholders to gather data requirements, develop KPIs, and produce reports and dashboards. • Translates data into clear, accurate reporting and supports process improvement efforts through data analysis. • Performs data analysis across multiple data sources to identify trends, patterns, and variances in business performance. • Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends, gaps, and root causes, providing insights to support decision-making. • Develops and delivers reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that communicate data insights to stakeholders. • Monitors data quality, identifies inconsistencies, and assists in resolving data issues to ensure reliable reporting. • Assists in identifying opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, data management, business intelligence, or related role. • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support business or operational needs. • Experience analyzing data from multiple systems or sources to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights. • Experience using reporting and business intelligence tools such as Excel, SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Salesforce, SAP, or similar tools. • Experience gathering requirements, supporting stakeholder requests, and communicating data insights. • Healthcare IT, SaaS, client success, professional services, implementation, product operations, or medical records software experience preferred.
