📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of healthcare interoperability products. • Manage the full software development lifecycle for a large API solution and four stand-alone products. • Drive continual improvement of the developer experience for shared services projects within NextGen.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with the US Healthcare System, especially regulatory requirements. • Experience with multi-team planning and coordination using the Scaled Agile framework or similar. • Experience with Scrum and Kanban. • Experience managing multiple teams across different tech stacks and deployment models. • High-level understanding of APIs and event-driven architectures. • High-level understanding of cloud environments and the unit economics of SaaS businesses.
