📋 Description

• Administer and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, S3, VPC, Route53, IAM, and related services. • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. • Monitor system performance and availability using tools such as Amazon CloudWatch and Dynatrace. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues in accordance with SLA commitments. • Support application deployment and integration across infrastructure platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement secure, scalable, and resilient solutions. • Manage identity and access using Okta, Azure AD, and SSO integrations. • Maintain system documentation and provide training to peers on new or modified systems. • Research and recommend improvements to infrastructure architecture and operations. • Participate in the design and implementation of automation scripts and tools to streamline operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. • 1+ years of experience in systems administration or cloud operations. • Hands-on experience with AWS (required) and Azure (preferred) services. • Experience with Windows Server administration and automation scripting. • Experience with identity platforms such as Okta and Azure AD. • Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools like CloudWatch and Dynatrace. • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP, HTTP/S, SMTP, LDAP). • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. • Preferred Certifications AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or equivalent. • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate. • CCNA or other relevant networking certifications.
