📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and finalize a development program according to strict deadlines and within budget • Work collaboratively with project teams to determine critical milestones and deliverables • Develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing of initiatives • Manage project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools • Conduct project assessments and generate recommendations report • Provide progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline • 10+ years' experience in Project or Program Management Software, IT or similar experience • 6+ years of experience in management role, preferably in program management • 6+ years' experience in continuous improvement, process management, or customer service • Knowledge of project and program management methodology and techniques • Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures • Ability to lead various large and complex projects
