📋 Description

• Serve as the key resource for providing answers related to questions and concerns from hosted clients during implementation and migration • Provide specialized engagement between internal hosting implementation resources and technical leaders • Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating and implementing network security measures • Monitor server performance and implement adjustments as needed • Migrate, restore, and configure SQL databases between data centers • Participate in Disaster Recovery planning, testing, and execution • Facilitate project turnover and ensure smooth transition from implementation to client success

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Cloud based computing • Experience with NextGen Healthcare Practice Management; Electronic Health Record, or other PM systems and workflows • General healthcare experience in Acute or Ambulatory settings • Amazon Web Services (AWS) or cloud-based services experience • Project Management experience (Mavenlink preferred) • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • AWS or Cloud-based certification
