📋 Description

• Designing, building, and optimizing scalable, secure cloud platforms • Driving high-impact initiatives across infrastructure and software engineering teams • Championing automation, reliability, and operational excellence • Managing large, cross-functional projects • Contributing to the definition and execution of long-range departmental goals

🎯 Requirements

• Oracle DBA Experience administering Oracle databases (19c) • Proficient in RMAN backup & recovery, Data Pump, and patching • Knowledge of ASM, and Data Guard • Performance tuning using AWR/ASH reports and query optimization • Experience with PL/SQL scripting • Hands-on experience with core AWS services: EC2, RDS, Redshift, Document DB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc. • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with Terraform • Understanding of networking concepts: VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, etc. • Familiarity with RDS snapshots and monitoring and logging using CloudWatch • Strong command-line skills for Amazon Linux • Shell scripting for automation (Bash, cron jobs) • System performance tuning and troubleshooting • Understanding of file systems, process management, and system logs • Hands-on experience managing Amazon RDS/Aurora MySQL instances • Backup/restore strategy implementation and monitoring • Query optimization, slow query analysis, and parameter tuning • Experience in managing Document DB clusters • Monitoring and scaling practices • Understanding the basics of Redshift database • Data distribution, sort keys, and compression techniques • Dynatrace, Bitbucket, Git, CI/CD tools for DB deployment and automation
