• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HubSpot CRM Coordinator to join our team. • This position will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data management and effective reporting. • Make changes to HubSpot, including creating and modifying properties, managing contact records, and maintaining data integrity. • Perform accurate data entry and ensure that all information is up to date and correctly formatted within the CRM. • Run regular and ad-hoc reports to track sales, marketing performance, and other key metrics.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a data management or CRM-related role. • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes; prior experience with HubSpot is a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage and analyze data. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
