📋 Description

• Support our development teams in continuously improving their sprint-based ways of working • Coach product roles and team members in pragmatic agile methods and self-organization • Facilitate retrospectives, team workshops, and cross-functional alignment sessions • Develop lean, reusable formats and templates

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Master, Agile Coach, Team Coach, or in a comparable role • Solid hands-on experience with agile principles and frameworks, especially Scrum • Demonstrable experience supporting software development or digital product teams • Very good German and English skills
