📋 Description

• Build and lead the Business Operations & Strategy area, integrating BI, CI, and PMO capabilities. • Partner with leadership to define, track, and execute strategic priorities and company-wide OKRs. • Create dashboards, metrics, and frameworks that enable better decisions across teams. • Lead cross-functional improvement projects — from sales and talent ops to finance and product. • Identify bottlenecks and design data-informed process improvements to increase efficiency. • Drive automation and AI adoption to enhance internal workflows. • Build playbooks, cadences, and communication systems that keep the company aligned and accountable. • Coach and develop talent within the BI/CI/PMO streams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience across business strategy, operations, or data-driven leadership. • Engineering degree and/or MBA or postgraduate degree in Business, Strategy, or Operations. • Proven experience across data-driven business domains (BI, Data Analytics, Business Analysis), process optimization (CI or similar), and project or product management (PMO or PO). • 3+ years of experience leading projects or small teams within these domains. • Strong analytical and technical foundation — ideally with experience in data tools, systems thinking, and process design. • Demonstrated ability to translate data insights into measurable business and operational impact. • Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels — able to zoom out and zoom in fluidly. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across functions. • Bilingual (English & Spanish) — English professional proficiency required, not necessarily advanced. • Entrepreneurial mindset — pragmatic, resourceful, and driven by measurable outcomes.
