📋 Description
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment. • Collaborate closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT leadership to deliver scalable and efficient HCM solutions.
🎯 Requirements
• 4–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM development and support. • Functional; HCM- Payroll, Time & Labor, Fast Formulas • Proficiency in HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, and OIC. • Experience with HCM REST and SOAP web services integration patterns. • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security roles and HCM data model architecture. • Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and familiarity with XML, XSLT, and JSON. • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies preferred. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience with VBCS preferred
