📋 Description
• Provide support services to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Design and deliver solutions based on business requirements. • Participate in SRM, MM, and Ariba modules. • Lead tracking and monitoring of change requests, enhancement deadlines, and escalations related to S2P platforms. • Update project leadership on the status of these activities.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with various S2P platforms, including SAP SRM, SAP MM, Ariba Buying-Invoicing, E-Sourcing, etc. • Proven experience in managing production support issues and enhancement deadlines. • Expertise in Agile and hybrid software development methodologies. • Experience with large-scale Ariba rollouts globally. • Technical Knowledge: SAP HANA, SAP Plant Maintenance, Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration, SAP Ariba Network, Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), SAP EWM
