📋 Description
• Working with the leadership team to align on goals, scope, priorities, and roadmap across workstreams as well as identify and manage project risks. • Be client-facing, communicating plans, ensuring delivery with external stakeholders and coordinating accordingly with internal cross-functional teams. • Collaborate with the technical team to formulate, design and implement technical solutions to overcome dependencies and blockers, contributing code where needed. • Help refine and optimise operational processes to improve monitoring, escalations and urgent issues. • Coordinate with the project technical leadership to uphold cross-compatibility. Lead and mentor technical teams to foster accountability and pro-active problem-solving.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience managing parallel workstreams, identifying cross-dependencies and risks and planning technical requirements. • Experience managing fast-moving operations, coordinating stakeholders, responding to partner needs and improving processes. • Strong technical fluency in building scalable interactive content, with the ability to contribute robust technical solutions where needed. • Excellent leadership skills, able to proactively drive teams towards solutions, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and capable of bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. • Solid commercial Unity3D, C#, graphics and animation programming experience • Native application development (Android + iOS) • Programming for Augmented and Virtual Reality
