📋 Description

• Build and further develop email/newsletter marketing (CRM) • Create newsletter campaigns for product launches, sales, and storytelling • Develop lead generation strategies • Support Meta Ads with creative ideas and approaches • Develop content and Reel ideas • Analyze and optimize campaigns, including open and click-through rates • Work directly with the founder

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree that includes a mandatory internship (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field) • Initial practical experience in marketing, social media, or e-commerce is an advantage • Confident using Canva or similar tools to create creatives • Ideally, initial experience with newsletter tools (e.g., Klaviyo) or Meta Ads • Understanding of social media trends and content formats • Structured and independent working style • High level of motivation and initiative • Grades and certificates are secondary; willingness to take action and learn is what matters
