📋 Description

• Safeguard financial assets of the NFPA • Provide oversight of the annual budget, monthly reporting & analysis, and business analytics • Direct and manage the development, implementation, distribution and presentation of the annual budget and forecast process • Establish, track, and analyze company performance in relation to key performance metrics • Develop financial analysis, interpret data and trends, establish management reports • Function as an advisor to business units and provide leadership, guidance and expert advice • Analyze and monitor financial results of the Association’s revenues, expenses, and project costs • Oversee Credit & Collection operations and credit policy improvements • Ensure adequate controls and security procedures for payment card processing • Manage NFPA’s Cash and short term investments opportunities • Assist the CFO with management of General Reserves • Responsible for portfolio rebalancing on a quarterly basis • Lead, develop, and manage direct reports for both Finance and Credit & Collection departments

🎯 Requirements

• 15 or more years of related experience • Master’s degree in business administration or finance • CTP or CPA preferred • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred • Knowledge in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Planning & Analysis, Investments, Management Reporting/KPIs, Exchange Markets, Financial Statements, Credit Lines, Working Capital, Banking Relationships, Long Range Planning, Financial Modeling, NetSuite system
