• Guide the creation of projects that support equitable outcomes for all learners • Analyze disaggregated data and apply student-centered research methods • Partner with academic, advising, and student experience teams • Apply and evolve SNHU's learner-centered design framework • Manage timelines, communications, and reporting across cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of experience in higher education, student success, learner equity, or related fields • Experience designing and implementing cross-functional programs at scale • Demonstrated experience managing programs from concept through implementation • Proficient in data analysis tools such as MS Excel or survey platforms like Qualtrics • Applied experience with qualitative or quantitative research methods
