• Maintain, monitor, and support a production infrastructure environment • Supports multiple systems or applications of medium to high complexity • Follows defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve issues • Analyzes and reports on operational metrics to understand performance and ensure success in process improvements • Performs routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patching, application versions, etc. • Manage DNS, FTP, IIS, and Application environments • Set up and maintain server system and file security • Maintain documentation of servers and related infrastructure equipment • Participate in the On-Call rotation • Communicates events to stakeholders, teams, and leadership • Work with cabling, racking, and other tasks in Physical Data Centers (Some Travel May Be Required) • Create user accounts • Updating Production Server Resources and Sizing • Follow the company Code of Ethics and CXone policies and procedures at all times.
• Windows Server Operating System • Microsoft OS Patching and Critical Updates • Intermediate Level of System Troubleshooting Skills • 5+ years working in a large production infrastructure • 5+ years in Windows Server Administration in a Production Environment • 5+ years configuring server hardware and OS • Knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory, DNS, Mail • Experience managing VMware environment • Experience working with Hardware Replacements/Vendor Work • Experience working in a PCI / Cyber Essentials compliant environment • Experience working with SAN • Experience working with Okta • Experience working with Change Management • Experience managing HP branded servers • Experience managing Cisco UCS • Linux administration • Experience monitoring and maintaining AWS environments. • Experience working with PowerShell and other scripting languages
