When that happens, we’re not only helping small businesses, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world. • About the Role: As the key Senior Data & Insights Analyst on the Global Sales Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical Sales Operations reports and dashboards. This position demands a sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex systems and logic to deliver clear, actionable insights. The successful candidate will report directly to the Global Sales Operations Manager, working alongside a dynamic sales operations team responsible for analyzing sales performance, optimizing processes, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance overall sales efficiency and growth. • Duties and Responsibilities: • Data Collection and Analysis • Gather and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with the Global and Regional Sales Operations teams in order to effectively pull this data. • Conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive business decisions. • Dashboard and Report Development • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Salesforce, CRMA (Salesforce Analytics Studio), Tableau, and Google Sheets. • Ensure visualizations are intuitive, accessible, and actionable for various business stakeholders. • Collaborate with the Global Sales Operations Manager to understand the specific data needs, then design customized visualizations that meet these requirements. Ensure these reports/dashboards align with the organization’s goals and facilitate strategic decision-making. • Data Quality and Integrity • Ensure data is consistently clean, accurate, and properly structured for visualization. • Scrutinize data for inconsistencies, errors, or missing information leveraging various standard business reports and dashboards for validation. • Implement data validation techniques and work with data engineers or IT teams when necessary. • Success looks like: • Quality, accuracy and timeliness of information. • Collaboration with Sales Operations team members to understand and gather clear data requirements for accurate and requested reports/dashboards. • Delivery of high-impact dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights to drive strategic decisions. • Work Setup: Work from home setup • Work Schedule: 6:00am to 2:30pm PH time
