📋 Description
• Strategic and operational link between the sales team and headquarters • Lead and inspire a 7-member team • Support and coach the team in the field • Foster constructive exchange among Sales Representatives • Use Salesforce for analysis and reporting • Develop the team and the sales territory
🎯 Requirements
• Some leadership experience in sales or field promotion environments • Proven success in B2B field sales and sales development • Expert in Salesforce • Ability to motivate, assertiveness and empathy • Driver's license and willingness to travel at least 80% of the time • Strong solution orientation and hands-on mentality • Excellent communication and verbal skills in German; good command of English. French or any additional language is a plus
