• Adheres to and holds learners accountable to syllabi and grading rubric expectations • Attends nursing faculty meetings, participates in committees, engages in shared decision-making, and participates in other faculty activities as required • Participates in the successful implementation of other functional projects as they arise
• Earned Master’s degree with a major in nursing from an accredited institution supplemented by 0-1 year of relevant experience • Active, unencumbered RN or APRN license from state of residence and ability to obtain RN and NP licensure in any jurisdiction required by the College • Either has an earned Certified Nurse Educator (CNE) credential or commits to obtaining this certification within a one-year period • Maintains current knowledge in multiple areas of nursing practice • Additional Contributions: Annual Professional Development, Service as SME, and Service on Committees • Learner load will be congruent with current faculty matrix for the assigned course(s)
