📋 Description

• Review incoming files and complete order-outs • Track Lead Notes received from LO (Loan Officer) • Monitor incoming “App Submitted” emails and set up Encompass files according to LO Lead Notes • Complete “File Set-up” review when application and documents are received, including ordering credit, organizing documents in Encompass, and correcting obvious client application errors • Send files to the Pre-Approval team when sufficient documentation is available • Run DU/LP and order appraisals when needed if there is no PIW/ACE • Send client needs lists after initial file review and after Preapproval team review • Obtain correct EOI, VOEs, and HOA documents when requested • Ensure EOI and other documents are correct at funding to avoid delays • Maintain a tracker of all files and outstanding items

🎯 Requirements

• Mortgage industry experience is required • Encompass experience is a plus • Must have experience with order outs and calling third parties • Familiar with using office applications • Proficient communication skills • Great personality • Finance and accounting experience is a plus
