📋 Description

• Prepare mortgage closing documents • Ensure all essential information is accurate • Communicate with internal staff and settlement agents to solve closing issues in a timely manner • Understand and follow all closing procedures to comply with all Federal and State requirements • Check accuracy of essential information provided at submission for closing • Communicate with loan officer, processing, and underwriting staff • Prepare accurate figures for monthly payments, escrows, prepaid interest, etc. • Produce and organize closing documents and disclosures for conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years mortgage document experience in preparing US mortgage loan closing documents, preferred • Knowledge of multiple investors closing policies and procedures • Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, Flood and State laws and regulations, preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook • Encompass experience, preferred • Familiar in using office applications • Proficient communication skills
