📋 Description

• Track Lead Notes received from LO (Loan Officer) • Monitor incoming “App Submitted” emails and set up Encompass files according to LO Lead Notes • Complete File Set-up review when applications and documents are received, including ordering credit, organizing documents in Encompass, and correcting obvious application errors • Calculate income for Wage Earners and self-employed borrowers • Run DU/LP and order appraisals when needed if no PIW/ACE • Send client needs lists after initial file review and after the Preapproval team review • Obtain correct EOI, VOEs, and HOA documents when requested • Ensure EOI and other documents are correct at funding to avoid delays • Maintain a tracker of all files, outstanding items, and status to prevent files from slipping through the cracks • Review incoming files, complete order-outs, and support teammates

🎯 Requirements

• Mortgage industry experience is required • Must have experience with order outs and calling third parties • Familiar with using office applications • Proficient communication skills • Encompass experience is a plus • Finance and accounting experience is a plus
