📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Controller / CFO to lead our financial operations. • This role requires strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure financial stability and drive business growth. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, cash flow management, and performance analysis while working closely with senior leadership to shape the company's financial strategy. • While a CFA designation is not required, it is considered a strong plus.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred). • Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in financial leadership roles • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills. • Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of advising C-level executives. • CFA, CPA, or similar financial certification is a plus but not required.
