📋 Description
•To ensure success by planning and organizing high-quality, on-time, on-budget projects without undue strain on the organization or the team. •Responsible for full-scope estimating to ensure the profitability and success of each project and to meet and exceed company standards and client expectations predictably.
🎯 Requirements
•A bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience working as a construction project estimator/ manager. •Experience studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents to identify labor, material, and time requirements for projects. •Ability to compile a professional presentation and create reports on costing data. •Possesses keen analytical skills. •Excellent math and data analysis skills with a strong preference for Excel /Google Sheets mastery. •Strong problem-solving skills. •Strong preference for an individual with great control of both written and verbal English mastery.
