📋 Description
• Undergo a 90-day structured and paid training program • Learn industry tools, systems, and best practices • Develop specialized skills relevant to client work • Participate in guided assessments and coaching sessions • Prepare for eventual placement with NightOwl clients
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or related field • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply • Candidates with 1–2 years of audit experience have an advantage • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Eager to learn, open to feedback, and committed to self-improvement
