📋 Description
• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Coordinator to support our mortgage operations team. • The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, smooth communication, and efficient loan processing. • This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. • NOTE: Work schedule will fall on Friday to Tuesday
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in mortgage or loan processing preferred. • Strong organizational and file management skills. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks. • Proficient with digital file management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience with mortgage CRMs and LOS platforms (preferred but not required). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
