• Assist in writing and editing content for monthly emails, newsletters, and educational materials. • Repurpose content for email, web, social, and print channels with guidance from senior marketing leadership. • Draft basic educational materials such as FAQs, explainer sheets, and borrower or partner summaries. • Support the creation of marketing assets used by loan officers and referral partners. • Help maintain content version control and ensure materials reflect updated guidelines and compliance requirements. • Support the setup, testing, and deployment of marketing campaigns within CRM and automation tools. • Assist with tracking campaign performance and organizing reports for leadership review. • Help maintain project timelines, content calendars, and asset inventories. • Coordinate with creative, compliance, and operations partners to keep deliverables on schedule. • Assist with creating basic loan officer collateral, including email templates, social posts, and event resources. • Respond to loan officer marketing requests with direction from senior team members. • Help maintain the marketing library used by loan officers for outreach. • Support field teams by ensuring materials are updated, compliant, and easy to access. • Assist with research on industry trends, competitor content, and audience behavior. • Help organize marketing programs that support sales, product education, and consumer awareness. • Prepare drafts and supporting materials for webinars, workshops, CE presentations, and advisor education initiatives. • Ensure all materials follow compliance guidelines and brand standards.
• 0–2 years of marketing, communications, or administrative experience. Experience in financial services is a plus but not required. • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. • Comfort using CRM and digital marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Total Expert, or similar). • Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. • Basic understanding of digital communication channels, including email, social, and web. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional platforms.
