📋 Description
• As a Spanish-Speaking Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by managing client communications, following up on leads, and ensuring all documentation and processes are handled efficiently. • You will be responsible for supporting Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales process.
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role • Familiarity with sales processes and lead management • Experience translating business or sales-related documents
