📋 Description

• Edit and enhance video content provided by Loan Officers (LOs), ensuring a polished, high-quality final product. • Add engaging elements such as captions, graphics, transitions, and effects to improve viewer engagement. • Schedule and manage posts, including reels, to maximize exposure across social media platforms. • Ensure all social media activity adheres to industry regulations and company policies. • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency and align content with overall marketing strategies. • Report directly to the team's Head of Marketing and assist with marketing initiatives as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing, with proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for engagement. • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and creativity in storytelling through video content. • Familiarity with compliance regulations within the industry is a plus.
