📋 Description
• Build and maintain our data backbone • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines, data warehouse, and data lake on AWS • Ensure clean, reliable, and scalable data flow across systems • Optimise performance, reliability, and data governance throughout the pipeline • Create outstanding intelligence dashboards • Develop high-quality, insightful dashboards in Looker • Work closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand our KPIs and operational needs • Deliver clear, actionable insights that help teams run the business smarter every day • Analyse and unlock insight from data • Explore data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement • Partner with leadership to provide analytics that drive decision-making and business change • Communicate complex findings in simple, impactful ways
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience with Python, SQL, and AWS data services (Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena, Lambda) • Proven ability to model, transform, and visualise data effectively • Experience building dashboards in Looker (or similar BI tools) • A mix of technical depth and commercial awareness — understanding what data really matters • Excellent communication skills and a passion for clarity, accuracy, and storytelling with data
