• Install, commission, diagnose and repair Nilfisk commercial cleaning machines. • Perform on-site diagnostics, repairs, and calibrations on Nilfisk floorcare machines. • Execute scheduled PMs, change wear parts, verify performance, and document findings. • Use electrical schematics, measurements, and error logs to identify root cause. • Explain work performed, coach operators on correct use, and capture customer feedback. • Manage van stock and returns; create parts quotes and ensure timely ordering. • Complete service reports, checklists, photos, and serial within 24hrs.
• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience). • 2–3 years field service experience with industrial/commercial equipment • Working knowledge of single/three-phase systems, low-voltage controls, sensors, relays, contactors, burners, pumps, and hydraulics. • Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and interpret error codes. • Valid Class 3/4 driving license
