📋 Description

• Gather, clarify, and document business and technical requirements, asking sharp questions to understand the “why,” not just the “what.” • Build reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics, Power BI, and other similar tools. • Write and maintain SQL queries, and clean, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis or system integration. • Validate data quality and identify anomalies, missing information, or logic inconsistencies across systems. • Create entity relationship diagrams (ERDs), system maps, and architecture documentation using tools like Lucidchart. • Produce clear deliverables such as screen-share walkthroughs or brief documentation to support client understanding and internal collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) • Basic SQL ability: querying data, joining tables, filtering, aggregating, and a desire to level up • Familiarity with or interest in Analytics tools (Zoho Analytics, Power BI) • Clear communication skills: you can explain your thinking, ask questions early, and collaborate well • A detail-oriented, self-driven mindset with comfort juggling multiple projects • Bonus points for: • Experience with data cleaning or ETL processes • Familiarity with R or Python • Understanding of basic statistics or machine learning concepts • Experience with the Zoho ecosystem
