📋 Description
• Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture for SaaS operations and distributed systems. • Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. • Collaborate with senior leadership to align technical initiatives with business goals. • Mentor and coach engineering teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Conduct high-level code and architecture reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions. • Deliver market-aligned outcomes and build testable, observable, and independently deployable code. • Report to an Engineering Lead and drive critical projects influencing engineering culture.

• Growth mindset. • Strong balance between perfection and pragmatism. • Team based orientation. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 8+ years of experience in software development, with extensive experience in SaaS operations and distributed systems. • Deep expertise in designing and building scalable, distributed systems. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive technical direction. • Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and cloud platforms. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
