• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives to ensure marketing strategies align with their goals. • Develop and oversee the execution of marketing strategies across email, SMS, and push notification campaigns, leveraging AI tools for data analysis and creative execution to meet client expectations and deliver measurable results. • Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns. • Regularly present performance reports and recommendations to clients. • Coordinate with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure all campaign elements are aligned and executed efficiently. • Manage the end-to-end process for all marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations. • Continuously monitor campaign performance and work with teams to adjust strategies, creative elements, and targeting to improve key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI. • Lead regular client meetings and presentations to review performance, discuss upcoming campaigns, and ensure alignment on strategies and goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in marketing, client services, or account management roles. • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications. • Excellent project management skills with experience using tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client presentations and collaborate with internal teams. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. • Demonstrated understanding and practical experience with AI tools for data analysis, campaign optimization, and creative execution.
