📋 Description

• Report to the Platform Design Director • Own the design area and deliver exceptional UI/UX across acquisition, engagement/retention, and monetization journeys • Drive discovery, definition, development, and delivery of UI/UX for the B2B2X SaaS platform, measured through usability, Customer Experience Score (CES), and other relevant metrics • Conduct user-centric research to identify problems for target customers and partners • Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to discover opportunities and deliver platform value • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps • Develop functional prototypes for concept demonstration and user testing • Execute visual design from concept through final hand-off to engineering • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, standards, and contribute to the design system • Review product releases qualitatively and through data before and after launch • Present key learnings within the team and act as a positive role model

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a product designer, ideally with exposure to both B2C and B2B space • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD • A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX best practices, design thinking, and engaging user interfaces and experiences • Experience utilizing LLM platforms for user, design, and market research to improve productivity and design effectiveness • Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing • Strong working knowledge of iterative design processes, including personas, user journeys, prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity screens • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver under tight deadlines • Skill in turning complicated ideas into compelling, easy-to-understand visuals • Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira • Open-mindedness, patience, and receptiveness to feedback • Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying design ideas to stakeholders across all levels
