📋 Description

• Liderar técnicamente la definición, arquitectura, revisión y supervisión de soluciones end-to-end enfocadas en datos, analítica e inteligencia artificial • Asegurar la alineación entre los requerimientos del cliente y los estándares de iData • Actuar como referente consultivo principal del cliente y del equipo interno • Participar en conversaciones estratégicas, toma de decisiones, arquitectura y gobernanza técnica • Supervisar la calidad del código y orientar las mejores prácticas de CI/CD e infraestructura • Dirigir reuniones ejecutivas, diseño y sustentación de arquitectura, alineación con stakeholders y coordinación con equipos del cliente • Diseñar arquitecturas en Azure e integrar plataformas de datos como Databricks y Fabric, además de patrones de IA como RAG, Agentes y AI Foundry • Auditar y supervisar código desarrollado por el equipo mediante code reviews • Diseñar e implementar con IaC la conectividad segura usando Private Endpoints, Hub-Spoke y Private Link • Promover e implementar CI/CD e infraestructura automatizada mediante Terraform o Bicep • Guiar al equipo asignado, resolver bloqueos, hacer seguimiento a entregables y asegurar la excelencia técnica • Aplicar conceptos de gobernanza de datos, seguridad y desarrollo seguro

🎯 Requirements

• Título Profesional: Ingeniería de Sistemas, Computación, Electrónica, Datos o carreras afines • Cursos o conocimientos en Arquitectura de Datos, Liderazgo Tecnológico, Gobierno de Datos o Estrategia Cloud • Entre 7 y 10 años de experiencia general en tecnología • Experiencia comprobada liderando soluciones de arquitectura de datos/cloud e interactuando directamente con clientes • Dominio avanzado del ecosistema Azure • Nivel conceptual de AWS / GCP para entender equivalencias y sostener conversaciones multinube • Comprensión e implementación en Terraform de esquemas Hub-Spoke, Private Link y Private Endpoints para Storage, Databricks y SQL • Dominio fuerte de Databricks o Microsoft Fabric, con base sólida en Apache Spark/PySpark • Entendimiento de arquitecturas de IA Generativa: RAG, KAG, CAG, Azure AI Search y Azure OpenAI / AI Foundry • Capacidad técnica para auditar, revisar PRs y supervisar código en Python, SQL, PySpark, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js y C#/.NET • Conocimiento general de OWASP, ISO y SOX • Disposición para aprender la plataforma de datos alternativa según los requerimientos del proyecto
