📋 Description
• Manage direct reports within the assigned team • Mentor analysts and senior analysts in the development of their professional skills • Support the VP in coordinating resource allocation for assigned projects and workstreams • Work collaboratively with other departments in Nisos • Monitor and support the consistent application of tradecraft standards and tools within assigned teams
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience executing intelligence work • 2+ years of experience managing people, projects, or analytic teams • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred • Experience working with intelligence services and SaaS platforms or solutions • Experience working with AI-enabled tools, workflows, or platforms in an intelligence, security, or SaaS environment
