⢠Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, clinical assessments, and medical history reviews ⢠Evaluate patients presenting with hair loss, scalp disorders, and related health concerns ⢠Identify underlying medical, hormonal, nutritional, or lifestyle factors that may impact hair and scalp health ⢠Recommend, request, and interpret relevant investigations within scope of practice ⢠Prescribe and manage appropriate treatment plans in accordance with clinical findings and regulatory standards ⢠Monitor patient progress, treatment response, and ongoing suitability for intervention ⢠Work collaboratively with the broader clinical team to support integrated patient care ⢠Maintain accurate, confidential, and legally compliant medical records ⢠Ensure all clinical practice is aligned with HPCSA standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable South African healthcare regulations
đŻ Requirements
⢠MBChB or equivalent medical qualification ⢠Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) ⢠Newly qualified doctors are welcome to apply ⢠Sound clinical assessment and decision-making capability ⢠Strong professional communication and patient engagement skills ⢠High levels of professionalism, clinical ethics, and attention to detail ⢠Ability to function effectively within a specialist private practice environment
