📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Housekeeping department. • Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times. • Ensure adherence to the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy. • Act as 'Person in Charge' and be responsible for the hotel operation when necessary. • Monitor and ensure compliance with all Guidelines for Operations. • Maintain and improve customer service programs. • Communicate on a timely basis the changes in room status throughout the day. • Coordinate room cleaning to ensure sanitation standards are adhered to. • Ensure inventory compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under NMS’ vehicle insurance policy (may be required at some locations).
