📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end customer implementation projects, pilots, and proof-of-concepts. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk strategies with Account Directors and Solutions Engineering. • Facilitate project kickoffs to set clear objectives, deliverables, responsibilities, and success criteria. • Align project priorities, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. • Monitor project progress, identify risks, remove blockers, and resolve issues timely. • Serve as the primary customer PM contact, building trusted relationships through proactive, transparent communication. • Manage customer expectations while balancing business priorities and technical constraints. • Capture and communicate customer feedback internally to incorporate it into project execution. • Coordinate cross-functional work across Account Directors, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, Engineering, AI/ML teams, and internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Scientific discipline, or related field. • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, deployments, or technical customer projects. • Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent customer engagements. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams. • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-friendly communications. • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills. • Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
