📋 Description

• Strategic campaign planning across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and others • Objective: online sales • Build, manage and optimize multi-channel performance funnels • Create and manage audience-specific content and creative briefs • Ongoing analysis and reporting of campaign performance with clear, actionable recommendations • Budget responsibility: planning, monitoring and optimization of advertising budgets • Close collaboration with the brand, content and e-commerce teams • Internationalization: develop and implement performance marketing strategies for new target markets • Testing new platforms and ad formats to scale our campaigns • Email marketing & customer streams: strategic planning, segmentation and management of newsletter campaigns (management, targeting, testing — not copywriting) • Responsible for customer retention and reactivation initiatives, particularly in retention, customer value, customer lifetime value (CLV) and churn prevention • Continuous monitoring of trends, tools and benchmarks in digital marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce, luxury goods or cosmetics • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat; Pinterest is a plus • Solid expertise in tracking, attribution and conversion optimization • Experience managing campaigns internationally • Strong analytical and conceptual skills • Confident use of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Excel/Sheets and, if applicable, BI systems • Proactive, structured work style with an eye for aesthetics and brand awareness • Passion for digital trends and data-driven marketing
