• Close sales through phone and email • Respond to inbound sales and support inquiries via phone and email, ticketing system, and other tools • Document and update customer records and support cases in our CRM system • Work alongside our customer support team • Occasional travel expected to relevant events and occasionally potential and current customers • Contributing to projects across the organization • Contributing to developing the Sales team and shaping our structure • Contributing to developing the Support team and shaping our structure
• A degree or equivalent in a field relevant to the position • Proven experience as a sales consultant or similar role in a tech company or industry • A background which makes you able to answer questions related to agriculture, pasture management, or animal husbandry • Keen interest in our product and ability to gain competence in our technology • Excellent English oral and writing skills
