• Lead end-to-end core network assessment and optimization projects, defining scope, methodology, timelines, and resources in alignment with customer objectives. • Conduct comprehensive technical assessments, including data collection, KPI analysis, and architecture reviews using industry-standard and Nokia tools. • Analyze network performance, capacity, resiliency, and security to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. • Translate findings into actionable solution designs, optimization roadmaps, and prioritized technical recommendations. • Act as the primary technical interface with customers, supporting implementation, validation, and ensuring compliance with quality and industry standards.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science (or related field) with 10+ years of experience in telecom network assessment, optimization, and solution architecture. • Deep expertise in core network technologies (IMS, MSS, EPC, 5GC, VoLTE) and related protocols, with strong proficiency in network management, monitoring, and audit tools. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. • Nice-to-Have: Experience leading small teams or projects with manageable risks • Nice-to-Have: Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills for complex scenarios
