📋 Description

• Lead the integration process of optical modules into optical line cards and ensuring optical performance. • Develop key calibration procedures for various optical modules. • Collaborate with XF team to improve the performance. • Develop and implement testing methodologies to evaluate key performance for coherent line modules. • Create detailed technical documentation, including test plans, test procedures and test reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Optical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 8-12 years of relevant work experience. • Must have designed optical line card/systems • Must have experience in optical integration and testing of coherent module/transponders • Proven experience in optical design, testing, and integration, particularly with optical transponders or related components. • Familiarity with optical characterization equipment and measurement techniques. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex optical systems. • Excellent communication
